HOW TO APPLY FOR POLAND VISA 


Visa applications can be submitted in India with a prior appointment at the Polish Visa Application Center below. All applications will be evaluated by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi or the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Mumbai.

Applications will be processed at the visa centers given in the consular section of the Embassy of Poland in New Delhi, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Bhopal.

Applications lodged at the given visa centers will be processed at the Consulates General of the Republic of Poland: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.

CHOOSE YOUR VISA TYPE FOR POLAND COUNTRY

There are two visa types to choose: Schengen Visa Type C and National Visa Type D

AFTER YOUR VISA SUBMISSION 

When you successfully submit your application at one of the Visa Application Centers, you may prefer to check the status of your application on the website in person. The other option is to dial our call-center number. Please, be prepared to indicate your receipt number and date of birth. After ensuring that your passport has been received by the Visa Application Center, you can collect it in person or order courier delivery to the selected address. The processed passport will not be handed over to any travel agent/representative. Only the applicant can collect the passport. He needs to carry a photo ID of himself/herself.


THINK ABOUT A TRC (TEMPORARY RESIDENCE PERMIT) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Please keep in mind that when your visa validity period expires, you will have to leave Poland. When this happens you will have to start the whole process again. You have to go to the consulate and apply for the next visa to Poland. What if you don't want to leave Poland? You need to apply for a temporary residence permit.
